Packages
There are different types of packages available for personal training on Long Island. There are both single sessions and monthly packages. Depending upon the package, you have the option of having a personal or group trainer visit you at your home. The sessions last for 60 minutes and are available in person at our Wellness & Recreation center. Included in your first session is a complete consultation. The sessions are not guaranteed during University holidays or academic breaks. The Semester Pass expires after six months. However, you have the right to attend three sessions per week.
